You can change the amounts to the ingredients to get your desired consistency

A wonderful use for those garden peppers--this recipe calls for 4 firm fresh peppers in your favorite color!

Marinade time: 6 hours or overnight / Total recipe time: 25 minutes / Makes 4 servings
Ingredients: 1 beef chuck 7-bone steak, cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
