John Schulte began in the blacksmith business with his father in 1932. In 1942 the business started manufacturing brush cutting and cleaning equipment. In 1948 John Schulte developed and tested his first front mounted snow blower. Four employees were hired and a small production run was completed in the winter of 1949. Snow blower sales steadily increased and in 1963 the Schulte conveyor type rock picker was designed and patented by John Schulte. These products would prove to be the main stay of the company for many years. Today Schulte employs over 100 people to design, manufacture and market its diverse line of equipment to serve the farm, industrial and commercial sectors in all corners of the world.

• 5 tires provide outstanding floatation even in wet conditions.
• Center section tires are adjustable so that they can be placed outside the tractor tire tracks.
• Wing gauge wheels include a precise leveling adjustment and rubber shock bumper. New wing wheel design allows for free movement in all directions.
• A single hydraulic cylinder is used to lift both wings, however each wing section can follow ground contours independently of the other.
• Double acting hydraulic cylinders are used to raise and lower the machine. These cylinders avoid the rusting problems that often occur with single acting hydraulic cylinders.
• The lift linkage for the main frame provides enough range to lower the machine into a 25° furrow and still provide good transport clearance
