Description
A great way to use delicious heart healthy nuts!
Ingredients
| 1 | T | Olive Oil |
| 2 | clv | Garlic (Minced) |
| 1 | Small Onion (Chopped) | |
| 1⁄4 | c | Green Olives (Chopped) |
| 1 | T | Parsley (Chopped) |
| 1 | T | Basil (Chopped) |
| 6 | oz | Fresh Goat Cheese |
| 1⁄2 | c | Raw Almonds (Finely Chopped) |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Serve on top of toasted bread, with raw vegetables, or as a sandwich spread. This is a magical blend of flavors. The almonds make you chew for a long time, so it is immensely satisfying.
