Ingredients

1TOlive Oil
2clvGarlic (Minced)
1 Small Onion (Chopped)
1⁄4cGreen Olives (Chopped)
1TParsley (Chopped)
1TBasil (Chopped)
6ozFresh Goat Cheese
1⁄2cRaw Almonds (Finely Chopped)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Serve on top of toasted bread, with raw vegetables, or as a sandwich spread. This is a magical blend of flavors. The almonds make you chew for a long time, so it is immensely satisfying.
