Easy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients
| 3 | lb | Potatoes |
| 4 | c | Cooked Ham |
| 4 | T | Margarine |
| 1⁄4 | c | flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | c | milk |
| 2 | c | Shredded Cheese (Optional) |
Instructions
Peel, Wash, & Slice potatoes then boil
potatoes until Tender. Cut cooked ham
into bite size cubes. Set potatoes and ham
aside.
Sauce: in a 2-quart sauce pan melt
margarine, slowly stir in flour, add milk and
stir over medium heat until sauce thickens.
If sauce becomes too thick, slowly add
more milk. Mix potatoes, ham, and sauce
in baking dish and gently mix together. Add
Salt and Pepper to season if desired.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top
with shredded cheese during the last 10
minutes of baking if desired.
