Turkey Basting Sauce

Secret - delicious recipe for Turkey Basting sauce!
Ingredients
| 1 | Stick Butter | |
| 1 | Bottle White Wine (Make it something you'll drink) | |
| 1 | q | Organic Chicken Broth |
| 1 | T | Sage (Crumbled) |
| 1 | t | Rosemary (Crumbled) |
| 1 | t | Thyme (Crumbled) |
| 1 | t | Cracked Black Pepper |
Instructions
Simmer all ingredients on very low heat and baste the turkey every half hour. In order to retain the flavors on the skin of the turkey, my biggest secret is this: Take a piece of cheesecloth large enough to cover the turkey, and cover the entire top of the bird with the cheesecloth. As you pour the basting sauce over the roasting bird, the cheese cloth helps to keep the sauce and herbs in contact with the skin longer. The drippings make the absolute best gravy too.
